This website describes the services of SVNR Co., Hong Kong. The information is provided for general purposes and does not itself form a contract.
Engagements
Any project is governed by a separate written agreement or approved quote that sets out scope, fees, timelines, ownership and usage rights. If the two conflict, the written agreement applies.
Voice rights and consent
We work only with consenting, paid contributors under written agreements that define permitted use. We do not require, source or broker perpetual or total voice-rights buyouts, and we do not clone or synthesize a performer's voice without a separate, explicit agreement with that performer.
Confidentiality
We treat client materials and project details as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.
Credits and trademarks
Project names, titles and logos on this site belong to their respective owners and are shown only to describe our work. Their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
